    · Business Strategy - Collaborating with the Marketing Head with regard to planning, implementing and continuously improving the promotional and pricing strategy for e-com as per approved business plan and ensuring that the quantitative and qualitative targets are achieved. · Ecommerce Management - Responsible for implementing the e-com strategy and managing the end to end e-com revenue. Working with Marketing Head & Brand Manager to make decisions for operational activities and setting strategic goals. - Maintain excellent business relationships with e-com platform category managers and act as single point of contact for BRITA towards all e-com platforms. - Collect and provide platform level input to Marketing Head to identify suitable product/ model from global portfolio and ensure successful launch on e-com. - Onboarding of new products, content management. · Sales Management & Forecasting - Enhancing the e-com platforms for business growth and achievement for planned volume and value growth. - Sales forecasting: Monitoring sales results and reporting the same to the management. - Plan & execute the platform level promotions as per the promotional calendar in alignment with Marketing Head. - Working closely with the Brand Management Team to build traffic to the BRITA product pages on the platforms. - Ensure the sufficient stock availability at Amazon warehouse in close coordination with BRITA logistics team. · Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyzing daily sale trend from the approved e-com platforms to create appropriate action, enable strategy on product price, promotions, reviews & stocks to maximize the sales. - Interact with HQ Amazon team to obtain feedback and guidance time to time - Analyzing the customer order data periodically and provide input or making effective media planning and creative strategy. - Customer return analysis and work in coordination with Brand Manager to attempt on reducing customer returns through proper communication approach. - Design and prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on Platform / Model wise orders & order trends and returns trend. · Compliance - Ensurance and encouragement of ethical conduct in line with local laws and regulations, as well as BRITA's Group compliance policies (esp. with regard to brand communication, product claims).

    · Business Strategy: Collaborating with the local and regional Management Team regarding drawing up, implementing and continuously improving the financial strategy for the local market as per approved business plan and ensuring that the financial and qualitative targets are achieved. · Business Plan and controlling: Setting up and controlling the plans made on an annual basis and during the year (e.g. YEE / BUD). Providing significant analysis and information as a basis for decisions taken by the management. Acting as a business partner in supporting Sales while ensuring profitability for the Company. Highlighting management team actual spends against approved budget · Financial accounting and reporting: Continuous review of financial, control and management information systems and procedures, implementing improvements across the organization in consultation with the MD and regional Controller. Ensuring that the financial accounting is carried out properly in all positions in line with the internal guidelines and the statutory requirements, drawing up monthly and annual financial statements in good time. Maintain contacts to auditor. Establishment of internal control procedures and ensuring execution thereof. Ensuring the accuracy of the accounting and control information held in and reported from the organization’s accounting systems. · Liquidity Planning & Fund Management: Ensuring proper financial planning with the objective of organizing the company’s short, medium and long-term financial requirements in line with the needs on hand. Maintain contacts to banks. Responsible for funds infusion by providing cash flow projections to Group and obtaining valuation report. Fund management including management of temporary surplus funds by investing in risk free investments. · Internal Financial Controls: Ensure financial statements comply of internal financial controls. Review and monitor of financial controls in SAP · Receivable and Payables Management: Systematic receivables management including credit management, active monitoring of receivables (especially ageing) and realization of receivables that are overdue. Setting up processes for and ensuring on-time payment to support vendor relationship management · Audit: Ensure completion of Statutory Audit as per IGAAP before statutory deadlines. Ensure Special Audit completions as per the requirements of HQ. Support and complete internal audits in collaboration with APAC internal audit team and implement any improvement suggestion originated from internal audit findings · Taxation: Ensure all Direct & Indirect Taxes compliance and ensure timely completion of tax audits (e.g. GST, Transfer Pricing, Income Tax, etc.). Maintain contacts with tax advisor. Collaborate with HQ in setting up Transfer Pricing arrangements in line with Group and local tax requirements. Ensure strict adherence to India-Germany Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement. Review of Transfer Pricing workings as per agreement with HQ and local tax requirements. Ensure customs documentation and pricing policies in compliance with prevailing Customs rules and regulations in collaboration with Group taxes and consultants · Experience in ERP (FICO) implementation and optimisation · Strong experience in financial reporting and tax compliances (Direct & Indirect) · Extensive knowledge & practical experience in financial modelling and scenarios evaluations
